Tara, Mike and Sara have lived in The Pinery since 1978! You will not find anyone with that type of experience in the area! They also have MANY years of experience in EVERY type of real estate market. We've seen mortgage rates anywhere from 3% to 19%, buyer's markets, seller's markets, and real estate markets that turned into a popping bubble! We have the expertise to get the job done right! And regardless of the market, there is one thing that remains constant... we treat all our clients like family. Tara Althouse-Dailey
Tara has been selling real estate since 1997 after obtaining her Marketing degree at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Her favorite things in real estate are working with clients and negotiating the best deal for those clients. She takes every transaction personally and by the end of the transaction, you'll feel like you are working with your direct family! Her and Mike have been married since 1993 and they have two awesome daughters and a dog named Kona.
Mike Dailey
Mike has been selling real estate since 2002. He attended the University of Northern Colorado for his undergraduate degree, and the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs for his MBA. With a 20 year Finance career with Nordstrom behind him, he is still a stickler for the numbers. Developing relationships, valuation, and pricing are his passions in real estate. He and Tara love family time, camping, hiking, biking, and off roading (or any other form of getting outdoors) in their free time. They also share a love for craft beers and breweries.
Sara Althouse
Talk about the Swiss Army knife of real estate! Sara can do, and has done, everything you can do in residential real estate. She helped sell a great number of the homes you'll find in the Pinery when the neighborhood was first being developed. She was there when they were built, and has sold many multiple times. Nearing her 40th year in real estate, you won't find anyone with that kind of experience! Her and her husband Jerry have had the fortunate ability to travel extensively throughout the world and are always looking forward to that next great adventure!
